Description

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form that combines elements of dance, martial arts, acrobatics, music, and the Portuguese language. This program gives students the opportunity to participate in all aspects of capoeira while simultaneously promoting an active, healthy lifestyle. Balance, coordination, endurance, self-expression, and respect are just a few of the countless benefits capoeira fosters in its practitioners.
